My experience at Tuntun Pediatric and Adolescent Clinic, where I received treatment for my child's cold.

My child had a cold, so I urgently visited Tuntun Pediatrics and Adolescent Clinic. It was much more satisfying than I expected, so I'm leaving a review. As soon as I entered the clinic, I was immediately struck by the bright and organized atmosphere. The waiting room was well-stocked with cute toys and books to help my child relax. The receptionists were friendly, and even though it was my first time at the clinic, I felt comfortable. Upon entering the examination room, the doctor spoke to my child and thoroughly checked his symptoms, including coughs and runny noses. This instilled a sense of trust. Most importantly, he explained in detail why he prescribed medication and how to manage it at home, which was incredibly helpful as a parent. My child said he wasn't scared after the appointment, which reassured me. The overall care was so attentive that I plan to come here again if I'm sick.
