통증이 오면 삶의 질이 떨어지긴해요 특히 원인모를 통증 ㅠ
I guess my stubbornness in walking 10,000 steps in the heat of summer, driven by a desire to lose weight, put a strain on my already struggling knees.
Still, I was losing weight little by little, so I worked harder, but the pain was so bad that I went to an orthopedic surgeon and they said it was fluid, so they drained the fluid and gave me an injection. However, the pain in my knee, which would have been better after an injection before, didn't show any signs of getting better, so I went to a Korean medicine clinic that recommended acupuncture, but they suggested drawing out the blood and applied pressure to my knee to draw it out. I don't know if this was wrong, but the bruise turned from purple to black and the pain got worse, so I had no choice but to go back to the hospital. How is it now?
The pain is almost gone, and while I still have some difficulty walking, I'm feeling better. Thanks to the doctor's kind care and treatment, my quality of life is gradually improving. I asked if I'm going on a trip soon and he told me not to worry, which reassured me. I'm now walking without pain medication.
I also realized how precious my knees are, and I'm glad that I no longer have the anxiety of having difficulty walking.
There is no part of our body that is not precious.
I am grateful to the orthopedic surgeon I go to, the nurses, and the physical therapists for their kindness.
