① What procedure/surgery consultation did you receive?
I explained my symptoms, and they suggested we monitor my progress for two weeks and try a nerve block injection. I was also prescribed oral medication and received physical therapy.

② How was the doctor's explanation?
First of all, they listened to me thoroughly and calmly. Then, even if the consultation took a long time, they recommended the best course of action for my situation. They also asked about my lifestyle habits, such as how much time I spend sitting, and provided solutions on how I could improve.

③ How was the hospital atmosphere and service?
Since it was my first time getting a nerve injection, I was very scared and sitting anxiously in the waiting area. The nurse reassured me, saying that she had experienced it herself and it was nothing to worry about, and that I would feel much better. I was deeply touched by how she comforted me like an older sister. Not only that, but the doctor and the basic service during physical therapy were excellent, and all the staff were kind and cheerful.

④ How was the recommendation or price information?

There was no excessive pressure. However, I felt a bit awkward because there were often situations where they seemed to recommend a medical examination even on days when I only intended to receive physical therapy. The price was about 1,000 to 2,000 won more expensive compared to my previous place, but considering the service, friendliness, and facilities, it was well worth the cost, so I decided to switch my orthopedic care here.

On my first visit, I was so scared and anxious, but now I feel much better. Because of that, I built trust and developed faith in the clinic. I feel a bit sad that Suwon Jeongja-dong Bonteunteun Clinic doesn't seem to be well-known haha. Highly recommend!
