Hwaseong CHA Medical Center, Review of Check-up Experience After Remodeling

I visited this hospital for a health checkup after the recent remodeling. I was surprised when I entered the changing room; it was beautifully decorated. They even put name stickers on the lockers for the people getting tested that day, which made me feel like I was being treated like royalty because of the attention to detail. Since I was also getting an endoscopy, I was worried about the gown having a back slit, but they provided a long gown, which was great. The test was incredibly painful, but the technician spoke with such empathy, saying, "Let's take the pictures quickly!" while running around anxiously. I was in excruciating pain, so I was incredibly grateful. I felt the kindness and consideration of all the staff, making the checkup a comfortable experience. I liked that the general consultation waiting room and the checkup waiting room were separate. Perhaps because I was almost the last patient, they wiped down every single chair and table in the waiting room. That's amazing.
