I visited Heo Won Jang Seong Clinic in Yongin City and was disappointed by the appointment delay.

I visited after making an appointment for an infant check-up. I used to go to Ajou University for growth checkups, but I switched here because I heard the director used to be an adjunct professor at Ajou University, so I figured there was no need to go all the way there and wait. However, even here, we were delayed by more than 30 minutes from our appointment time. Usually, pediatric clinics schedule appointments by placing you ahead of general registrants, but here, the system is like a university hospital where you just have to wait. There is a separate staff member who schedules the next appointment after you leave the consultation. All the staff members are kind. The doctor who draws the blood is especially wonderful. The director is also kind and explains things well.
