My child has been hearing a rustling sound in their ear for some time, so we visited the hospital.
The doctor examined the inside of my ear using equipment similar to an endoscope and explained everything in detail. Being able to see the condition of my ear directly on the monitor and seeing the inflammation and earwax firsthand while explaining it helped me understand the situation much better.
The nurse also kindly guided me and helped with additional medical care.
Perhaps because the hospital hasn't been open for long, the equipment appeared to be state-of-the-art, and everything was neatly organized.
The injection room and the ear laser treatment area were separated, allowing for faster and more comfortable use.
