Review of Dr. Lee Seong-jun's Detailed Health Guidance at Maumsok Internal Medicine Clinic in Hanam City

I was diagnosed with high blood pressure and high cholesterol and received a prescription for medication.
Dr. Lee Seong-jun examined me kindly, provided excellent counseling on lifestyle habits and precautions, and most importantly, explained my health habits in detail. He strongly advised me to drink intensely enough to fill my chest at least three times a week, told me to drastically reduce my alcohol intake, and told me to quit smoking if possible. However, perhaps due to habit, I experience withdrawal symptoms if I don't smoke, so I made up an excuse and got a lecture from the doctor... haha. Since I have been taking my blood pressure medication consistently, he checked my blood pressure and it was normal. I need to take better care of my health until my next appointment. I have also scheduled a blood test. The nurses were also kind in handling everything and allowed me ample parking time.
