무리하면 탈나네요.. 티브나 유튜브 보면서 다리찢기 요가 스트레칭 후..결가부좌 틀고 앉는 연습 1분씩이라도 하시면 좋지 싶네요..감식초에 멸치 넣우 몇 달 후 한 뚜껑씩 물에 타서 드셔도 좋지 싶구요..결가부좌가 최고의 요가 동작요
