It's very hot, but I still think I should set health goals and work hard on them.
Do weight training for 1 hour every day
Walking 10,000 steps
Drinking water on an empty stomach in the morning
Taking supplements regularly
I set it up like this for now, but I'm a bit unsure about walking 10,000 steps and taking supplements. Haha
Still, I will cheerfully watch and make sure to keep an eye on it.
