운동도 식단도 쉽지않은데 열심히 실천중이시네요. 화이팅입니다.
Today's diet & exercise goal results (3/5)
1. Walking 10,000 steps - Success
2. 100 squats (20 sets * 5 reps) - Success
3. Plank for 5 minutes (30 seconds hold + 30 seconds rest * 5 sets) - Success
4. Dinner menu: Salad & Meat - Failed
5. Stopping by the gym to work out - Failed
Today, it's raining so much that I skipped the gym....
And on days like this, I should eat bibim-myeon... I failed four times by eating salad with bibim-myeon instead of meat... Still, I feel good because I cheated a little~ haha
And since the rain stopped late in the evening, I quickly went for a 10,000-step walk~ haha
I'm glad it didn't stop, so I didn't have to go out in a raincoat~ haha
I will try to exercise hard again next week.
