It's not easy to exercise during the hot summer season.
I haven't been able to go to the gym I used to attend regularly lately.

I try to turn on the air conditioner at home, lay out a mat, and do home workout exercises.

I do it together with the children.
It's a very good exercise that stimulates the growth plates in children's joints while they exercise.
This is a workout that offers incredible weight loss and exercise benefits relative to the time invested.
The downside is that it's extremely difficult.
