What is the first thing to do to lose body fat?

Obesity rate among adult males aged 19 and older

 

From 35.9% in 2008 to 44.8% in 2021

 

It is increasing by 2.1% every year.

 

One of two adult men is obese.

 

5. In the case of women, the percentage increased from 26.4% in 2008 to 29.5% in 2021, with an annual increase of 0.6%, indicating that the growth trend is not as pronounced as that of men.

 

There are various reasons behind weight gain.

 

7. The increase in 'office workers who sit for long periods' is identified as the cause.

 

It clearly shows that they eat more and move less.

 

9. As a result, I tend to actively practice the idea that eating less and exercising would be sufficient.

28. Although it is not as easy as it sounds to practice in real life where things keep turning busily like gears without rest, it is strongly recommended to choose natural foods over processed foods whenever possible.

 

29. Make and eat your own food rather than food made by others.
