Continue three days a week without noodles, bread, snacks, or ice cream.
This week's exercise goal was easily achieved again.
June 11th to 17th, 36,380 steps ----> 36,684 steps 136 floors ----> 137 floors Successful running only 5 days a week, 1 drinking session with 1 can of beer
I thought I might not be able to exercise on Monday the 19th because I had to leave the house before 7 o'clock, but I want to praise myself for running 10 km from just after 4 o'clock until 5:30 and then coming back.
On the 21st, it rained early in the morning, so I took a break from running and did walking exercises on the treadmill at home. Indoor workouts seem a bit boring.
Today is the day to finish the week, so I just did early morning exercise at a level not much less than last week and wrapped up.
The issue is more about diet than exercise, and I want to just say that I succeeded half the time last week in sticking to the plan of three days without noodles, bread, snacks, or ice cream. I had sushi and cold noodles together, and before eating, I hesitated, thinking, "If I eat this, will I fail today?" but the portions were small... I just want to insist that I succeeded.
We continue for another week with the same goal for perfect success.
Next week, my mother has another hospital appointment, and with a lot of snow forecasted, it might be difficult to achieve my exercise goals, but I will do my best.
