My health goal!

I used to have a body type that I really hated exercising with—being thin but obese. I'm quite tall and weigh little, but when I do an InBody test, my body fat percentage comes out very high! And I tend to carry more fat in my lower body than in my upper body!

Everyone says I look skinny, but still, having some fat is a stress~

 

My health goal was to have a reasonably muscular body and a healthy life, even if not extraordinary.

 

I researched diligently on the internet and asked my acquaintances, and I created my own rules.

 

1) Going to the gym immediately after work every day

Humans live with free will, but when they have to do something they don't want to do, they say you should do it without thinking. Before I start thinking whether I should go or not, I headed straight to the gym. I did some cardio exercise (stairway to heaven, running on the treadmill with increased incline) and also strength training (such as interior, exterior, leg press, etc.).

2) Control your diet - focus on protein and vegetables

I ate a lot of cabbage, eggs, bean sprouts, and other vegetables, and when needed, I also consumed protein shakes. There are many delicious seasonal vegetables. I thought complicated cooking methods might be difficult, so I steamed them in a pot with a little water and used a sauce (soy sauce + lemon juice + a little sugar). I didn't restrict myself too tightly in eating. I went out to eat about twice a week and had regular meals during the day. I only controlled my dinner.

3) Stretch carefully

Whenever I couldn't go to exercise, I made sure to loosen up my body with a foam roller and took a rest. Especially for relieving tense muscles! I searched for YouTube videos and followed along exactly. At first, it was so painful that I even shouted, haha, but now I find myself doing it naturally! haha

Having consistently maintained this since January 2024, I have lost 3 kilograms and gained a lot of muscle mass. My final goal is to have clearly defined abs before summer arrives! I hope everyone maintains a healthy life through exercise and diet control! I always support you~^^
