In April, I plan to set health goals and try to achieve them.
The first is to practice walking at least 15 times a day.
My goal is to walk 10,000 steps a month, but I think it will be difficult to actually do it, so I plan to take it step by step.
The second is to go to the summit of Cheonjusansan in April to see the azaleas.
Since the azaleas haven't bloomed much yet, I'm thinking of visiting around next week.
I will try to make an effort to achieve my health goals.
