My first health goal is mental health.

I believe that one must be mentally peaceful, grateful in all circumstances, and able to love all living things in the world.
- As a practical method
1) Meditate for more than 10 minutes in the morning
2) Reading a poem in the morning
3) Find and read a good quote (wise saying) and write it down by hand.
4) Look at the sky at least once a day
The second health goal is a physical health goal to build strength.
- As I have passed 50 years old, my body has started to break down one by one.
Now, let go of the great desire for physical health, maintain the current health condition, and preserve and strengthen the diminishing muscle strength.
I want to.
- As a practical method
1) On Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, do strength training for more than an hour.
Walk at least ten thousand steps every day
3) Climbing stairs
4) Hiking on holidays
5) Drink more than 1.5 liters of water a day
Finally, it is about abstaining from alcohol and gradually reducing it.
I want to completely quit drinking, but I think it will be difficult for maintaining good relationships with others, so I will set a realistic goal of moderating my alcohol intake at gatherings with acquaintances.
