February 9th Health Goal, Let's go!

  1. - Walk for 2 to 30 minutes after meals / Walk 10,000 steps a day
  2. - Morning and afternoon upper body band exercises, 3 sets each
  3. Climb the 5th-floor stairs twice
  4. 20-minute home workout standing

 

I was a bit worried because I overexerted myself yesterday.

I'm feeling good today because my condition is pretty good!

 

We also make holiday foods, but

I'm trying to fit in some exercise whenever I can!
