Health Goals

The health goal is to lose about 5 kilograms.

I've been on a diet for about 1 to 2 weeks.

Perhaps because I've been dieting for such a long time or due to aging, even losing just one kilogram is very difficult.

I walk about ten thousand steps every day, do home workouts once, and go to the mountains for about an hour or two.

Even though I follow a diet, I can't lose weight, so I'm feeling discouraged ㅠ

I think my body is changing a bit, so I plan to keep going.

    다이어트도 힘들지만 유지어터는 더 힘들어요~~  그래도 건강하게 살아야하니까 해야죠~~

    저도 5키로정도 빼고픈데 먹는거라 술을 못끊으니 다이어트가 안되네요.. ㅠㅠ 
    운동이라도 열심히 해야하는데 그것도 잘 안되네요 ㅜㅜ
