Setting health goals that suit my body

I recently had my health check-up for the first half of the year~~

Of course, it is mandatory to undergo the health checkups conducted by the corporation, but wouldn't having accurate information about your own body help in setting health goals?

First, my blood pressure is borderline, so I need to manage it, and I have a thyroid nodule, so I need to regulate my condition~~

Overall, if we set health management goals,

 

  1. 1. Undergo regular health check-ups (once a year).
  2. 2. Weight management~Reduce current weight by 3kg.
  3. Walk 5,000 to 10,000 steps a day (30 minutes to 1 hour).
  4. 4. Home workout 30 minutes~Strength training & stretching
  5. 5. Dietary control~Focus on a protein-rich diet and reduce carbohydrates (bread, flour, white rice).
  6. 6. Nutritional supplement intake (probiotics, collagen, vitamins)

      3kg 이상 빼면 쓰러집니다 ㅎㅎㅎ
      그냥 제 몸과 타협한 최대 몸무게라 이 정도에서 마무리 하려구요 ~
