I occasionally tried climbing stairs while walking 10,000 steps.
I haven't been able to do it for a while because I was being lazy.
Indeed, the level of health differs between when you do it and when you don't.
I know that climbing stairs is good, but

It won't be easy because the weather is getting hotter.
So far, the hallway is cooler than outside, so that's a relief.
