I used to easily walk 10,000 steps, but lately I've become lazy and only walk about 5,000 to 6,000 steps~~ I only walk occasionally now ㅜㅜ
So naturally, my weight increased and my knees hurt~~ But yesterday, I took my car to the inspection station and walked over ten thousand steps between the hospital and the management shop, so even though my body was tired, I felt refreshed after sleeping, haha.
Starting this evening, I will set a goal to walk 10,000 steps on my own and steadily stick to it ^^
Blood pressure, diabetes, and hyperlipidemia are still okay for now, but if not managed, they could worsen quickly, so prevention might be necessary~~
