전 괜찮겠지 괜찮겠지 하면서 조금씩 몸무게 느는 거 간과했더니.. 장난아니게 되었습니다.. 체중 변화 있기전에 맘 다잡으신거 칭찬합니다~^^
At the beginning of the year, I set a goal to lose 5kg through dieting, but now, after four months, I am afraid I might fail and not even come close to my goal, so I am trying to gather my resolve once again.
As spring arrives, I don't know the reason, but I am surprised by how my appetite suddenly explodes and I eat a lot. Especially, I crave sweets so much that I often eat things like Choco Pie and Oh Yes. Although there hasn't been a significant change in my weight yet, I guess my body fat has probably increased quite a bit... I worry that I might gain weight suddenly... and that my clothes might no longer fit.
Again... I plan to manage my diet and set up an exercise routine. I will walk at least 10,000 steps daily, with half of that being running. I will not drink beverages other than water, especially those containing sugar. I will increase my intake of plant-based proteins and fish.
I believe that by following just these three principles, healthy weight loss is possible. Since they are not unreasonable goals, I believe I can do it if I just set my mind to it!!
