I discovered the category of setting health goals and felt inspired by reading others' writings.
I also want to post a message to create an opportunity to try harder myself.
I gained as much as 10 kilograms over the course of 2022.
Before that, I was very ill, and after undergoing surgery in December 2021, during the recovery process, eating well led to weight gain.
Four months have already passed this year, but I lacked the motivation to lose weight, so I just kept like this lol
I am planning a trip in mid-July, so I need to try to lose at least 5 kilograms by then.
I am consistently walking, but it doesn't seem to help with weight loss.
Controlling meals seems to be the most important.
