어후 전 만보 한번 + 주 3회 3키로 입니다.. 두번 나가시면 시간도 그렇고 힘드실듯.. 한번에 2만보가 낫지 않을 까 싶네요. 일단 이만보도 저에겐 힘들지만요

My goal is to walk 20,000 steps a day.

Running 3 km a day, even at a brisk pace
I am trying to do it at least three days a week.

Moving even a little, just a little more
