My health goal is ♡♡

 

First, I consistently drink about one liter of water daily to stay hydrated.

Consistently taking nutritional supplements as well

Consistently walking 10,000 steps every day and regularly doing home workouts

Reducing snacking♡

 

Even if you exercise, if you snack excessively... it's all for nothing.

While reducing snacking

I'll try reducing the flour as well...

With that old mindset^^ Fighting!
