My current health goal is to walk 10,000 steps every day. It seems that my poor lifestyle habits and weight gain have led to acid reflux disease.ㅜㅜ I want to lose weight, avoid eating before bed, and cut down on coffee... There are more than a few things I need to be careful about. I think exercise and proper lifestyle habits are important for staying healthy. When the weather is nice, I plan to walk diligently to exercise~~
