Recovering lost weight due to illness (+1kg)
2. Going to bed early and waking up early
3. Reducing flour-based foods
4. Extend yoga time (from 40 minutes to 90 minutes)
Last week, my health goal was to gain 2kg of weight lost due to illness, but I only achieved 1kg.
My goal is to gain the remaining 1kg. Lately, I think I've been eating too many wheat-based foods like bread, dumplings, and ramen.
I'm planning to reduce this week a bit, and yoga suits me very well, helping with digestion and neck pain.
I think it has been effective, so I plan to increase my yoga time this week.
It looks like there will be rain all week, so don't get too down, and I hope everyone has a healthy week.
