This week, I started a busy routine from the beginning of the week with a visit to my hometown on Monday and a gathering with friends on Tuesday.
This week, I will set goals and practice for my health...^^
For physical health
1) Walking 10,000 steps every day
2) Take vitamins every day
3) Drinking a glass of water on an empty stomach every day and sipping water throughout the day
4) Strength training
5) Weight management with oatmeal diet
6) Practice of abstinence
- For mental health
1) Read one poem a day
2) Listening to meditation music in the morning and evening
3) Find a quote and write it in handwritten form
4) Look at the sky at least once a day
