Did something go wrong with my SMILE LASIK?

It has been a week since I had SMILE LASIK last Monday. However, when I cover my left eye and look only with my right, I can see really clearly, but when I cover my right and look only with my left, I can't see the text well. It looks blurry and hazy... When I ask friends who have had LASIK, they ask if something is wrong since it has only been a week and it is still like this, so I am getting anxious. I asked the hospital, but they said I need to wait three weeks and not to worry, telling me to just use the eye drops properly. Since I spent a lot of money on this surgery, I am really worried. Has anyone else had a similar experience?

And when I went to the hospital last Thursday, you said my vision came out well at 1.0, but during the eye exam, the focus on my left eye wasn't even fixed; they just took the picture in a blurry state, so that is the result, and you also mentioned that my pupil was swollen.

Previous vision: Left -3.50, Astigmatism -0.50

My right eye was -3.75 and my astigmatism was -0.75.
