What is the difference between Dencerty and Thermage?

There are so many types of procedures... it's confusing.

What is the fundamental difference between Dencerty and Thermage?

The maintenance period for both seems similar, ranging from 6 months to 1 year.

I heard that the advantage of Thermage is the vast amount of clinical data.

If I were to do this without considering the price, what would be more effective?
