Is Density effective for pores and fine lines?

I have heard a lot about Density helping to improve skin elasticity and reduce sagging. I am curious if it is also effective for pores, fine lines, and skin texture. In particular, as I age, my skin feels rougher than before and fine lines are more noticeable, so I would like to hear the experiences of those who have actually received the treatment to see if these aspects improve.
