Even though I already had an ENT clinic I was seeing, I went there with some skepticism at first because I heard there was a place that had only recently opened. I was told that the location used to be an ENT clinic run by someone else and had just reopened. Perhaps because word hadn't gotten around yet, the consultations were quick and the doctor was kind, so I started going there. However, when I visited again less than a few months later, it was packed with people. It seems patient satisfaction is high because they are kind and provide accurate diagnoses. Aside from a cold, I once experienced severe dizziness, so the doctor performed tests for it. I was diagnosed with benign paroxysmal positional vertigo (BPPV), and along with a prescription, they taught me simple self-treatment methods I could do at home, which was very helpful. The doctor is thorough and kind.
