I visited Our Child Pediatrics for my child's medical appointment.
I was a little worried since it was my first time at the hospital, but overall I was very satisfied.
First of all, the nurses kindly guided us right from the registration, so we were able to start comfortably, and the waiting time wasn't as long as I expected. Above all, I was really impressed by how gently the doctor treated my child, putting himself in their shoes. My child usually gets scared whenever we go to the hospital, but I was surprised that he didn't cry and handled the examination well here.
It didn't feel like the consultation was rushed; instead, they meticulously checked every single symptom and explained in detail any questions I had as a guardian, which built my trust. I also felt more reassured because the medication prescription seemed reasonable.
Overall, the facilities are clean and the atmosphere is something children would enjoy, so I would definitely visit again. If you have children, I think it is worth visiting at least once.
