One-year blood sugar management project review after health check-up!
I am a woman in my mid-30s!
I was very shocked by the results of the 2022 health check-up.
Alcohol and takeout food that I diligently consumed over two years...
And because I am tired
I haven't exercised either... I hit my all-time heaviest weight in my life ㅠㅠ
2022 health check-up results.
I was too embarrassed about my weight, so I boldly edited it out lol
You can see that you are overweight in the pre-hypertension stage.ㅠㅠ
Although the fasting blood sugar level is 96, which is normal, it is considered overweight.
It's on the higher side, you knowㅠㅠ
Ah... why didn't I manage it better?
Now I see, and tears are welling up again...
From this moment, my one-year health project begins!
The first thing I did was walk 10,000 steps in a day🤔
I also walk steadily at the company.
On weekdays, after work, I focus on protein-rich foods.
Eat a simple home-cooked meal.
Avoid refined flour or white rice.
Mostly brown rice rice~
The photos below are the meals I used to eat!
I tried to eat less greasy or refined carbohydrates!
It wasn't a diet plan that I paid extremely close attention to.
Eat rice and sometimes drink alcohol on weekends.
Since this kind of diet has been going on for a long time, constipation naturally developed.
While consistently taking Lactofit probiotics
I have overcome it!
And I combined walking and running for 30 to 1 hour!
Pedometer records during the 12 months after the start of the health project
Doing it every day was probably too much.
I walked and ran ten thousand steps every day except for weekends!
And on weekends, I ate regular meals and also drank alcohol.
This is the health checkup chart for 2023!
It wasn't like I went on a special, extreme diet.
I didn't even go to the gym!
I only followed the rules of walking 10,000 steps consistently and refraining from ordering delivery food on weekdays.
If you look at the chart, from overweight to normal.
And although the fasting blood sugar decreased from 96 to 87, it doesn't seem like a significant change.
It has definitely decreased! 😆
Thanks to that, I naturally lost 7 kilograms!
I wanted to give up because it was a long-term project lasting a year, but...
I'm so proud and fulfilled to have succeeded 🤗
It's a bit difficult to maintain now because I don't understand it as well anymore.
I will continue to try not to give up and maintain it from now on!!
Just by eating, taking a moderate walk, and controlling your diet
It can get better like this!!
Let's all take care and become healthy😁
