I have been getting check-ups since I was a young lady~
Maybe it was because I was young back then... I didn't have many health issues... Honestly, it was a time when I was busy having fun and didn't pay much attention to my health~๐คฃ๐คฃ๐คฃ๐คฃ
Getting married, having children, and then one or two places start to get sick...
Like in the picture above... disc... gastritis... dense breast tissue...
These are opinions that Koreans might have... but there are so many...ใ ใ
I learned through a health check-up...
I started walking exercise to get away from the disk~
To prevent gastritis, I reduced salty and spicy foods~
And I also regularly undergo check-ups to prevent any potential illnesses!
The results from the check-up I had last year were much simpler.
I was so proud.
Not only me... but my husband is also regularly monitoring a lump found in his thyroid.
Recently, the children had regular dental check-ups where cavities were discovered and treated.
Regular check-ups that we receive consistently make our family happy.
