Question! Does the satisfaction from lip fillers last a long time?

My lips are on the thinner side, so I'm considering getting lip fillers, but I'm hesitating because I've heard that they wear off faster than expected.

Since it's my first time getting this, I just want a natural look, but I'm wondering how long the effects last.

For those who actually tried it, how satisfied were you? I'm also curious how long it took before you had the touch-up! :)
