Got scolded by a friend for trying to get nose fillers — A comprehensive list of things you shouldn't get fillers or contouring injections

One day, I was planning to go get nose fillers, but a friend seriously tried to dissuade me. After hearing the reason, I realized I really understood why she tried to stop me.

They say that since the nose is the area with the most nerves, this procedure has the highest number of complications.

They say that even if it turns out well, it spreads over time. My friend said that if you have a really severe nose complex, it's better to just get surgery right away.

Forehead filler It is the only filler my friend recommends because she is satisfied with it herself.

It is effective for people with flat faces lacking volume.

But I heard that fillers aren't 100% absorbed, and that some always remains.

So you might have to melt it later, and that process is quite painful, too.

Chin filler They say that since it is a hormone-sensitive area, there are many cases where inflammation keeps flared up.

Under-eye filler It looks artificial and is a sensitive area similar to the nose, so I don't recommend it.

contouring injection They say they really strongly advise against it. The ingredient is a steroid, and since the dosage used in hospitals is quite high, it is bad for your body, and in some cases, it can actually make your skin bumpy.

My friend tried the experiment herself and even experienced irregular bleeding.

If you are worried about facial fat, it is much better to get a lifting procedure instead.

Please note that individual differences exist, so this is for reference only :)
