I got a headache after getting Botox.

I recently received a second Botox injection because wrinkles had appeared on my forehead and between my eyebrows. I didn't experience any side effects after the first injection in my forehead and between my eyebrows, but I developed a headache after this one. Could it be because the procedure wasn't done properly? I'm starting to get afraid to get Botox because I'm worried the headaches will continue in the future. Has anyone else experienced headaches after getting Botox?
