I have a tendency to develop keloids; would Botox be okay for me?

I have a keloid tendency, so my wounds don't heal well...

My skin condition is weak.

Even the small area where I had a procedure has swollen and infected skin.

I'm worried about whether people with a keloid tendency can get Botox.
