Calf Botox resistance

I have been receiving calf Botox injections for about three years.

I was very satisfied.

But around that time, I gained weight and got Botox.

I have gained about 6 kilograms since I started.

At first, even just 100 units were effective.

From three years onward, the effect diminishes, so it will be 200 units.

I uploaded it.

It still has no effect, so it hardly develops.

Is it developing a resistance to Botox?

Will I be able to see the effects again if I change companies?
