I'm worried that my nasolabial folds are getting deeper...

I saw posts here saying that it's about getting fillers. I heard that fillers dissolve in the body after 2 or 3 years. Does that mean it has no effect on the body? If I keep getting them, won't they accumulate?

I'm also very curious if there are any side effects from fillers.
