This is the beauty routine I achieved today!
Drink a glass of water immediately after waking up in the morning
Apply skin toner, lotion, moisturizer, and sunscreen after morning face washing.
Drink 2 liters of water.
Carry and apply lip balm & hand cream
Walking 10,000 steps to detoxify the body
Apply toner, lotion, and moisturizer after washing your face in the evening.
Oh~ I forgot my vitamins today~
I realized I haven't been taking vitamins... It's a bit inconvenient to take them before bed, so I plan to take them tomorrow morning on an empty stomach.
As expected, keeping records helps me find what I couldn't do, so it's quite helpful~
Instead, sleep...ㅠㅠ
I'll try to hurry a bit more and get some sleep too~ Because it will make my skin better~ㅠ
