Sometimes I also experience headaches.

Once you come, it often lasts the whole day.

It can even affect you until the next day.

So I tried many different things, and while trying to find a way to relieve headaches without medication as much as possible, I discovered something.

That is exactly exercise therapy.

When I exercise intensely for over an hour and sweat, I often notice that my headache disappears without me realizing it.

Most headaches simply go away on their own.

Maybe it's because exercise improves blood circulation, but the effects are definitely noticeable.

Once you try it, you'll probably realize if it's the same as mine.
