I have been exercising every morning for two years.
Maybe because it's mostly aerobic exercise.
Recently, my feet have been continuously uncomfortable.
One side has a numb foot.
The other side hurts on the sole of my footㅠ
I found out it's plantar fasciitis.
I also switched to arch-fit shoes, which are said to be good for plantar fasciitis.
My front hurts, but only the back is soft.
I think it's not very good.
I even changed my everyday shoes to high work boots.
I think this is okay.
I also changed my indoor shoes.
It's hard to exercise because my feet are uncomfortable.
Is it better to give up exercising?
I don't know what I should do.
