Health Tips] Managing Arthritis

My knee started hurting about 5-6 years ago.

I went to the hospital and was told that arthritis has begun.

Since it's not very severe, I take medicine when I feel pain.

While managing even slight weight gain at the time

I was advised to do light exercise regularly on pain-free days.

 

After the pain has been reduced with medication,

I stopped taking the medication, and since there was no pain, I started management.

 

Eat breakfast and lunch as usual.

For dinner, I only ate one-third bowl of brown rice, fresh cucumber, and seaweed.

I walked for 20 minutes three times a day.

 

My weight also decreased by about 4 kg, and my joints remained healthy and pain-free for several years.
