무릎 통증있을 때는 무리하게 운동말고 휴식하시는 거 어떤가요
Two years ago, I bought a squat machine, and since I am just someone who is very interested and curious about exercise without any particular plan.
I did about 200 hip-up exercises a day for several months following what others do, and I also climbed stairs from the basement to the 28th floor three times, jumping rope 200 times a day.
Walking ten thousand steps a day is a basic routine.
I didn't care about my body's condition and just enjoyed it.
As I kept doing it, I started to feel pain in my knee,ㅠㅠ
Suddenly, I wonder if it's too much to push myself... since then, all exercise.
Stop now. Currently, I can hardly do squats or lower body strength exercises, only walking about 5,000 steps and upper body strength exercises.
For those experiencing knee pain, what kind of exercises should you do?
I'm wondering how you're doing.
