A review of treating wrist pain through regular stretching and nutritional supplements.

I started to feel wrist pain because I used my wrists a lot, both at work and in my daily life. I thought it would be okay if I was careful, but because I typed for long periods at work and used my smartphone a lot, it didn't get better. Later, even light activities became painful, so I consistently treated my wrist pain with stretching and nutritional supplements.

First, to treat my wrist pain, I frequently stretched to relieve wrist tension. Especially when lifting heavy objects or using my wrists a lot, I stretched for 5-10 minutes regularly. To treat wrist pain, I held my palm facing forward and slowly pulled my fingers back with my opposite hand. To treat my wrist pain, I adjusted the keyboard height to prevent my wrists from bending while typing and wore a wrist brace. When the pain was severe, I wore a DeQuervain wrist brace that covered my thumb. I purchased the Runwalk wrist brace because it had good reviews. I also used cold compresses to treat my wrist pain, and I carried one with me to work.

I also consistently took supplements to help reduce inflammation and restore cartilage and tendons to treat my wrist pain. First, I consistently consumed omega-3 fatty acids, which help reduce inflammation and joint pain, and I also ate fish frequently. MSM also helps regenerate cartilage and tendons and is effective in relieving joint pain, so I took it. I heard that taking it together with omega-3s is even more effective in treating wrist pain. I found that taking Nutricore Hypercell Vegetable Alti-G Omega-3 and Doctor's Best MSM together had a synergistic effect that was effective in treating my wrist pain.
