한끼 깨끗하게 먹는게 좋은것 같더라구요 저도 노력하고있어요
I try to eat at least one clean meal a day. Plenty of vegetables and low-sodium.
Since eating with only one recipe becomes boring, I make and eat a variety of dishes such as Vietnamese spring rolls, witch's soup, vegetable shabu-shabu, salads, and vegetable bibimbap. Eating this way definitely helps with bowel movements and makes my skin clearer, so I like it.
Since it's a hassle to trim vegetables every time, I prepare 3-4 days' worth in advance, which reduces the time needed to set the table and makes things easier. After washing and removing as much water as possible, I put them in an airtight container, and they stay fresh for several days. These days, I sprinkle some olive oil before storing, which seems to be a good way to keep them fresh, so I recommend it! If you do this, whether it's bibimbap or salad, you can just take it out and add it, which is very convenient.
For dressings, I marinate tomatoes or garlic and use them directly, which is convenient, so I prepare them in large quantities at once. I keep them like this and then add only vegetables for salads, or add pasta noodles and stir-fry to make aglio e olio.
