I always eat together with the children.

Eating alone in a diet-style manner or

It's hard to skip meals to maintain an empty stomach.

I compromised by walking and eating salad.

First, I use a smartwatch for walking.

It is said that exercise becomes effective only when the heart rate exceeds 120 beats per minute.

I walk while checking intermittently during exercise.

The above photo shows the end of exercise, so the heart rate is not yet fully recovered.

There is also that.

Most people are walking quickly at a brisk pace.

 

It's to some extent.

Even when walking with a friend, I get short of breath, making conversation a bit difficult.

These days, there are many people who exercise with their pet dogs, right?

I think of it as walking at a pace that slightly chases after the lead dog, the pet dog.

 

And posture is also important.

I especially pay close attention to the order of stepping on the ground while walking.

I am walking about 1 hour to 1 hour and 30 minutes a day, 7 days a week.

Exercise should be done in the morning on an empty stomach.

Usually, I finish exercising around 9:30 in the morning.

 

What I am doing alongside exercise

Making a chicken breast salad to eat.

My biggest weakness is sticking to a diet.

So, I cut the rice portion in half and added a salad.

I'm eating it as a side dish.

In bite-sized pieces, like cube type or steak type

There are many products available, so it's easy to make and eat.

It can be easily completed by cooking in the air fryer for about 10 minutes.

The source is topped with Greek yogurt or sesame dressing.

We also use oriental dressing.

These days, many low-calorie sauces are also available.

I am purchasing relatively low-calorie products by comparing the calorie content.

 

Walking 10,000 steps or making and eating chicken breast salad

These two things are only excluded during holidays or vacations.

Most of them are being followed.

I can't achieve noticeable weight loss in a short period of time, but

In a way that is feasible and considers health.

I'm thinking of adding one more diet method.
