(Helpful Tip) No need to worry about pain with exercises to relieve back pain
It's been almost 30 years since I had disc surgery.
Back then, medical technology was not as advanced as it is now, and there was a lack of information about post-surgery care.
I was sick at a very young age, so I tried visiting all the famous places for years to avoid surgery, but it was no use.
So, I had no choice but to perform surgery with a knife on my body, leaving a scar.
Since the pain was so severe, I felt like I was going to fly away after the surgery because there was no pain.
But afterward, I didn't receive proper care, so I started experiencing some back pain.
Thanks to the frog exercise I learned back then, I now have almost no pain.
I think it's good to do it consistently for a little while every day.
It's an exercise where you lie face down like a frog, lowering and raising your hips.
